Lead Manager for Mental Health Services
Wellington Catholic District School Board
Become the Lead Manager for Mental Health Services at Wellington Catholic District School Board, advancing critical support for student mental health and well-being. Spearhead strategic initiatives and enhance community collaborations. In this valued position, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of mental health services within the Board. Emphasizing collaboration, you will work closely with educators, community partners, and mental health professionals to create a supportive environment for all students. Your expertise will guide the development and evaluation of programs aligned with school and Ministry goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor mental health service delivery models
- Lead the Mental Health Leadership Team in setting priorities
- Facilitate training and learning for school staff
- Foster community engagement and partnerships
- Prepare strategic documents and evaluations for stakeholders
- Graduate degree in a relevant mental health field
- At least five years of leadership experience in youth mental health
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and improvement
- Experience designing professional development for multidisciplinary teams
- Valid driver's license and transportation access
