Environmental Task Manager in Alberta

Elevate your career as an Environmental Task Manager at Arcadis in Alberta. This full-time role seeks a Geologist, Environmental Scientist, or Environmental Engineer to oversee environmental projects. Arcadis is looking for a dynamic individual dedicated to environmental consulting with at least 4 years of relevant experience. You will play a key role in environmental investigations, remediation, and project permitting. Assisting project managers, you will also mentor junior staff and engage with clients to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning environmental assessments and remediation tasks
- Lead data evaluations for site contamination assessments
- Review and write technical reports with strong writing skills
- Train and mentor staff on consulting best practices
- Monitor daily project finances and report budget status
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness for field-based tasks (approx. 40%)
- Master's degree preferred, with relevant professional license
