Application Support Analyst - FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch), Reconciliation & Production Support

Job Description: Role: Application Support Analyst

Location: Toronto- Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

• The ideal candidate should possess a blend of FIS Intelli Match functional knowledge, reconciliation domain expertise, production support experience, incident management capabilities, and strong business analysis skills to support bank’s Enterprise Reconciliation platform and BAU operations.
  
• Knowledge of iMatch / FIS Intelli Match application and bank reconciliation processes.
  
• Experience analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues, including Out of Proof (OOP), rejects, and data investigation. Experience implementing reconciliation changes, such as adding new balance pools, adding accounts, linking accounts with reports, etc.
  
• As part of the bank BAU team, the resource will work closely with the Reconciliation and Business teams to identify reconciliation gaps and collaborate with upstream applications/source systems and other Technology teams to resolve issues.

1. FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch) & Reconciliation Expertise Strong understanding of FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch) application.

Knowledge of banking reconciliation processes and reconciliation lifecycle.

Experience handling reconciliation exceptions, breaks, OOP items, and operational investigations.

2. Production Support & Incident Management Experience supporting critical production applications in a banking environment.

Strong incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience with monitoring, service restoration, deployment support, and change management activities.

3. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management Ability to analyze business requirements, identify reconciliation gaps, and recommend solutions.

Experience working with Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Application Support, Production Support, or Business Analysis roles.
  
• Hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch).
  
• Strong understanding of Reconciliation Operations and Change Management processes.
  
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  
• Knowledge of IT Operations standards, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Enterprise Reconciliation platforms within Banking or Financial Services.
  
• Exposure to release management and production deployment processes.
  
• Knowledge of operational excellence, automation, and service improvement initiatives.
  
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise support environments.
