Business Support Analyst, Parts & Service Business Planning

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and distribute various reports based on reviews of eComposite, Financial Statement Analysis, Webi, Profit/Loss opportunities, and national & dealer KPI dashboards.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
• Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Track and support monthly continuous improvement (PDCA) activities for the SME group and promote important Honda initiatives and agenda to the dealer network via dealer bulletins, presentations, or dealer care communications.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor invoices and coordinate day‑to‑day reporting with vendors and internal departments across the Customer Service division.
• Perform general administrative duties including invoicing, vendor management, and creating & publishing dealer bulletins.
• Collaborate with IT partners and other data science teams to build out the data environment and analytics work platforms.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests such as preparing and providing materials for presentations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a related role; automotive experience would be beneficial.
• Expert‑level knowledge of MS Access and Excel (including charting, graphing, pivot tables, and report generation); VBA macro experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Business Objects.
• Predictive modeling/machine learning experience.
• AS 400 experience beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to present information effectively via multiple formats such as PowerPoint, email, or scorecards.

Employment Terms

• Salary range: $40.07–$47.58 CAD per hour.
• This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Employees are required to work on‑site four days per week, with the opportunity to work‑from‑home one day per week, maintaining a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office.
