Senior Geoscience & Mine Planning Manager

Shape the future of mining as the Senior Geoscience and Mine Planning Manager with Amrize North America in Central Canada. This senior role focuses on optimizing mining development while ensuring SEC SK-1300 compliance on resource reporting. You will lead a talented team in assessing aggregate resources and integrating operational support for all facets of mining planning. A strong foundation in geology, project management, and safety will be essential to successfully navigate the challenges of resource utilization and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct resource assessments and ensure compliance with SEC SK-1300
- Manage mine planning initiatives with various functional teams
- Oversee geological investigations and model development
- Provide ongoing operational and safety support for local teams
- Collaborate on land management and environmental processes
- Education in mining engineering or geo-sciences (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience required
- P.Eng or P. Geo certification is necessary
- Proficiency in mining software, GIS, and 3D modeling
- Strong analytical and presentation skills required
