Americas Distribution Planning Lead

Drive optimization in Johnson & Johnson’s distribution network as the Americas Deliver Planning Lead. Focus on LATAM markets to enhance freight flow and planning processes. In this pivotal role, manage end-to-end flow optimization and lane-level planning across the Americas network. You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate capacity alignment, timely visibility of constraints, and effective execution of business priorities. Leverage advanced analytics and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making and optimize distribution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL centers
• Ensure timely visibility of capacity constraints and trade-offs
• Execute planning scenarios to guide enterprise decisions
• Identify bottlenecks prior to demand peaks
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning
• Proven skills in transportation and network optimization
• Experience in analytics and scenario modeling
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
