Senior Business Analyst Role in Finance

SE Health is hiring a Senior Business Analyst focused on our Finance team's digital transformation journey. This hybrid position is key to improving operational efficiency and client experiences. In this temporary full-time position, you will partner with the Finance team to analyze and enhance business processes utilizing your specialized knowledge in finance applications. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning to create impactful solutions that benefit both staff and clients. Strong communication and analytical skills are crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate finance business needs
- Facilitate design workshops for detailed requirements
- Support the implementation of new technologies
- Prepare test cases and conduct thorough testing
- Manage project deliverables and schedule updates
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- 3 years with finance or ERP systems
- Agile experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate skills in MS Office required
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
