LUCKY CLOVER IRISH SPORTS PUB
1. Greet guests warmly, present menus, and accurately take food and drink orders in a fast-paced pub environment.
2. Anticipate guest needs during live sports events and manage high-volume rushes around match schedules.
3. Guide guests through draught beer selections, Irish whiskeys, cocktails, and food pairings.
4. Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle cash, card, and split-bill transactions.
5. Communicate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and hosts to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
6. Maintain a clean, organized section throughout service and reset tables promptly between covers.
7. Stay current on daily specials, seasonal menu items, allergen information, and promotions.
8. Follow Smart Serve standards, monitor guest alcohol consumption, and handle escalations professionally.
