We operate as a fully alcohol-free establishment , meaning zero late-night drunken disruptions, zero bartending strain, and a clear focus on exceptional food, warm hospitality, and zero-proof beverage pairability. What We Offer
- Weekly Cash Tip-outs: Walk away tips in cash every Wednesday.
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.60/hr.
- Chef-Driven Menu: A tight, carefully curated traditional core menu paired with limited weekly specials that keep shifts dynamic.
- Balanced Hours: Lunch and Dinner availability across flexible PT/FT schedules (Sun–Thu: 11 AM – 10 PM | Fri: 11 AM – 11 PM | Sat: 12 PM – 11 PM).
- Respect for the Craft: Work directly alongside a passionate chef-owner who values hospitality, precision, and consistency.
Who You Are
- An Experienced Professional: You have at least 2 years of fine dining or high-end polished server experience under your belt.
- A Knowledgeable Host: You possess strong beverage and flavour profile knowledge (wine/flavor pairing expertise translates seamlessly into our zero-proof pairing program).
- Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You take pride in the sequence of service, menu guidance, and creating personal connections with guests.
- Weekend Ready: You have flexible availability across afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.
