Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking beverage orders, serving drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, making every interaction memorable.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting the beverage menu and answering any questions about drink offerings.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests or concerns.
Skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance in beverage preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
