• Duration: 9 months

• Temp-to-perm: Mandatory, the candidate selected must be open to discussing a permanent position with the customer at the end of the contract.

• Open hourly rate

• Bilingualism: French preferred and English mandatory. Frequent exchanges with our suppliers or partners who speak a language other than French; Close collaboration with our colleagues outside Quebec.

• Remote work: Hybrid required - 1 to 2 days/week in the office.

Your role

• Understand business issues, identify and analyze the needs of customers and business partners, document requests and prepare recommendations to design or adapt systems that meet needs and facilitate decision-making.

• Carry out a variety of complex analyses, identify gaps and formulate recommendations to optimize system efficiency and solve major problems

• Analyze system change requests, assess impacts on existing applications, suggest and implement appropriate modifications.

• Collaborate in establishing validation and quality control procedures, in line with established development norms and standards.

• Provide support in response to user requests or problems affecting existing applications.

• Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

• Ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce.com CRM

• Good understanding of sales and service processes in a B2B context

• Mapping functional requirements with Salesforce.com CRM functions and features

More specifically, you will :

• Participate in various project activities

• Produce or participate in the production of assessments of new requirements (projects and evolutionary requests)

• Produce functional analyses

• Contribute to testing (test plan and test sets, test execution and verification).

• Review processes and suggest improvements

• Participate in updating documentation

• Respect architecture targets

• If necessary, supervise other resources in the course of projects or evolutionary requests.

• Contribute to the feasibility/detailed design of the solution.

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the business sector, and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience or other degree, related to the business sector and several years' relevant experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce integration

• Salesforce certification desirable

• Knowledge of Salesforce FSC (including Einstein Activity Capture + Omnistudio) desirable

• Experience in banking and/or finance desirable

• Experience in asynchronous integration technologies (Kafka .. ) desirable

• Knowledge of REST integration technologies (LWC, Apex, Lightning ..) desirable

• Understanding of json and xml formats

• Proficiency in Ms Office suite and collaboration tools

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps

• Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;

• Ability to manage priorities and time effectively;
