Innovative Controls Engineer for Automation

Shape the future of electric vehicle manufacturing as a Controls Engineer specializing in automation. Lead design and implementation efforts that harness advanced technologies for increased efficiency. As part of a dedicated Industrial Automation team, you will take charge of designing comprehensive control systems, integrating automation components, and developing programming solutions. You will collaborate with design and quality engineers to produce machinery that meets the highest standards. Your ability to analyze existing systems will contribute to ongoing improvements in manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement industrial control schemes from start to finish
- Produce detailed electrical designs in line with standards
- Choose and integrate suitable automation parts
- Develop control software for various automation systems
- Work collaboratively across teams to enhance production
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in electrical design/planning
- Strong proficiency in eCAD; NX usage is highly regarded
- Solid IPC programming skills, ideally with Beckhoff
- Knowledgeable in connected devices and industrial protocols
