Senior Powershell Automation Engineer in Montreal

Drive impactful desktop support and automation initiatives as a Senior Analyst in Montreal. Focus on supporting a global user base with strong Powershell expertise. This role combines essential Windows desktop support responsibilities with Automation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Support users globally both remotely and on-site
- Manage incident and request handling through established processes
- Automate common tasks and monitor service alerts
- Collaborate on complex issues with Level 2 and Level 3 teams
- Participate in rotational weekend on-call rotation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for trading floor experience
- Solid competencies in Microsoft Windows environments
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and software deployment
- Experience with desktop troubleshooting and hardware management
- Proficient in Powershell, Python, and networking basics
