Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms, and government sectors. We are currently seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst for a contract opportunity.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – currently 2 days/week onsite, may increase to 3–4 days/week based on business needs
Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- Plan test schedules and testing strategies based on project scope and delivery timelines
- Produce dashboards and reports for sprints and code releases
- Identify, analyze, and document issues related to program functionality, output, screens, or content
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track testing progress
- Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report defects to developers
- Create and maintain databases of known test defects
- Apply testing standards, QA methodologies, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 5 years of QA testing experience
- Experience with Salesforce integration testing
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git
- Experience managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr
- Strong understanding of testing standards and methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with Talend, version 7 or 8
- Exposure to nCino, especially within financial services and automation contexts
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing
- Previous experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
