Field Sales Representative

Tiltop Roofers Inc. is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves attending pre-scheduled appointments, identifying attic, roofing issues, and closing sales with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-provided appointments and leads
  
• Perform roof inspections using a drone
  
• When needed, conduct attic inspections for mold and insulation (inspection performed from the attic entrance)
  
• Identify roofing issues and clearly explain findings to customer
  
• Convert inspections and appointments into successful sales
  
• Follow up with assigned customers when required
  
• Maintain professional communication and accurate inspection reports
  
• Training and tools will be provided by the company.
  

Requirements

• Own transportation is required
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Excellent communication and sales skills
  
• Willingness to work part-time (with potential to move to full-time)
  
• Previous sales or inspection experience is an asset but not required
  

Work Location

In-person / On the road (Mississauga, ON)

Travel up to 200 km per day may be required

Experience:

Direct sales: 5 years (required)

Benefits

Base Salary: CAD 500 per month

Inspection Pay:  CAD 25 per inspection

Commission: $300 Paid on each successful roofing sale and a % of profit paid on all other services sold.

Earning Potential:

• Part-Time rep can earn around $3,000 per month
  
• High performing Full Time reps can earn more than $15,000 per month
