REMOTE INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST (M/W/D)

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Toronto team. This is a full sales cycle, hybrid role located at 5200 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON with a strong emphasis on consultative selling. Our Marketing team generates leads across all channels, so this role is focused on conversion: turning warm, qualified leads into long-term customers.

Own the full sales cycle for assigned leads, from initial contact through close, with full accountability for your book of business

Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound touchpoints, including calls, texts, and emails, to move prospects through the pipeline

Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations that align our solutions with customer goals

Develop and refine strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates

Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across every interaction

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM, Salesforce

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, and Business Development to share customer feedback and improve the broader funnel

Week 2: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

After day 60: 2 days in office, 3 days remote

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, inside sales, or a related customer-facing, quota-carrying position
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound communication tools
• Preferred: experience selling in a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness-related field
• Strong consultative selling and active listening skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Collaborative mindset, with willingness to share insights across teams to improve the customer journey

The total compensation for this role includes a base salary of $45,000 with a discretionary bonus of up to and over $45,000 OTE in local currency
