JOB SUMMARY

The person sought will evolve within a team whose goal is to provide support for applications used in branches as well as to lead the training of new applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support users in the use of branch applications: point of sale, appointment scheduling, inventory application
• Follow up on phone calls and emails
• Configure branch applications
• Produce and maintain application documentation
• Write application user and training manuals
• Lead training for branch applications
• Actively participate in the implementation of all new branch applications
• Produce and validate test transactions for different projects

SKILLS

• Srong understanding of the industry and the relationships between suppliers, retailers and consumers
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and meticulous skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Interest in fashion and trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Very good command of branch applications: point of sale, appointment scheduling, inventory application.
• Computer skills and technical expertise.
• Versatility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a structured manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills and collaboration with different departments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and convey information effectively.
• Functional bilingualism (English, French) both oral and written.
