Position Overview
NHS Grampian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to join our established Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service. The successful candidate will deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with complex bladder and bowel dysfunction across a community-based, nurse-led service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nurse‑led clinics and manage an autonomous specialist caseload.
- Provide evidence‑based interventions, education, and support to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and promote independence and self‑management.
Qualifications and Experience
• Registered nurse
• Specialist continence experience
• Passion for improving patient care within a dynamic and evolving service
