• Lead WPS and WPQR development and validation

Requirements:

• Degree in Welding, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years in automated robotic welding environments
• Strong experience with MAG welding in automated systems
• Proven track record in launching production systems
• AWS Certified Welding Engineer preferred
