Take the lead at AgeCare as the Corporate Director of Care, driving high-quality, resident-centered services across the West region. Your clinical expertise will enhance compliance and operational effectiveness. In this full-time position located in Mississauga, Ontario, you will support homes facing leadership transitions while ensuring adherence to nursing best practices. With a focus on mentorship and continuous improvement, you will partner with clinical teams to elevate resident safety and educational initiatives. Your leadership will reflect AgeCare’s commitment to trust, respect, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim Director of Care coverage as needed
- Mentor clinical leaders in nursing standards
- Monitor clinical quality through audits and assessments
- Collaborate on policy and clinical program evaluation
- Support regulatory compliance and accreditation activities
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum five years in leadership roles within Long-Term Care
- Experience in geriatric care and quality improvement
- Advanced wound care knowledge preferred
- Proven track record with compliance programs
