Head of Growth Marketing & Performance

BDC is seeking a senior leader to drive digital growth and performance marketing for Canadian entrepreneurs. You will shape marketing strategy, lead the acquisition funnel, and optimize Martech and website operations to generate measurable business results.
As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will foster a data-driven culture, implement automation, personalization, and AI, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate client acquisition and retention across Canada.
