Material Handler

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Material Handler to manage receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and equipment supporting manufacturing operations in Vancouver. The role combines physical warehouse activities with inventory management using ERP systems and Kanban principles.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and replenish point-of-use inventory using Kanban processes
- Receive, store, move, and stage materials according to production schedules
- Pick, kit, and stage materials following production work orders
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage with FIFO and FEFO rotation
- Perform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation with accurate ERP transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ERP and inventory management experience with systems like Oracle or SAP
- Hands-on experience with Kanban and point-of-use replenishment methods
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical material handling
- Warehouse KPIs and inventory accuracy program experience (preferred)
Compensation: $42,500–$70,000 CAD annual, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
