The Human Resources Team of CGI's Canadian Strategic Business Unit is responsible for the delivery of a multitude of Human Resource programs and initiatives and for championing the organizational change management that surrounds these programs. We play a vital role in ensuring the organization's success. We have a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist with the continued transformation of CGI through the delivery excellence of Human Resources initiatives in many forms. CGI is a highly complex organization that is gaining significant momentum in its growth initiatives, so day-to-day support at CGI doesn't mean basic or transactional. Here, this translates into a rapidly moving array of complex components that are now simply ‘business as usual' for us. Be it talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, acquisition and integration - this is all part of the dynamic world of a Human Resources Business Partner at CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities
•Act as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and HR consultant to the assigned client groups in our Infrastructure business unit, helping them to build, develop and lead their organizations by providing them with the necessary HR programs, tools and information
•Facilitate the successful execution of all people related programs, policies and initiatives
•Design and implement strategies to build capability and maximize member-partner performance
•Focus on engagement at all levels within assigned client groups and the business unit
•Partner with HR peers across Canada to ensure cohesive and seamless HR service delivery, bringing all our best practices to our member-partners.
•Ensure compliance with employment standards legislation and company policies, delivering with operational excellence.
•Provide value added support to your assigned teams with timely, accurate and relevant information and metrics to help drive organizational effectiveness
•Conduct confidential investigations related to employee relations issues/incidents
•Operate as a liaison between the member-partners and the Global Business Services team/HR Service Center (self-help) for member-partner related queries that go beyond the day-to-day issues
•Lead several HR initiatives/projects at the business unit level with some contribution to our Global HR initiatives
•Primary office location (2-3 days per week) is in Montreal, Quebec

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
•Relevant post-secondary education with a Human Resources designation or equivalent human resources experience.
•Minimum 5 – 8 years relevant experience in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
•Demonstrated capabilities in Talent Management and Organization Development;
•Previous experience in an information technology consulting environment would be an asset
•Demonstrated Leadership and influencing skills
•Negotiating and Conflict Management Skills
•Superior communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems and tools
•CRHA designation (Certified Human Resources Professional), considered an asset.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000–$140,000 This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities
•Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique, conseiller de confiance et consultant en RH pour les groupes de clients assignés dans notre unité d'affaires Infrastructure, en les aidant à construire, développer et diriger leurs organisations en leur fournissant les programmes, outils et informations RH nécessaires.
•Faciliter l'exécution réussie de tous les programmes, politiques et initiatives liés au personnel.
•Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour renforcer les capacités et maximiser les performances des membres-associé(e)s.
•Mettre l'accent sur l'engagement à tous les niveaux au sein des groupes de clients assignés et de l'unité d'affaires.
•Travailler en partenariat avec les pairs des RH à travers le Canada pour assurer une prestation de services RH cohérente et homogène, en faisant bénéficier nos membres-associé(e)s de toutes nos meilleures pratiques.
•Assurer la conformité avec la législation sur les normes d'emploi et les politiques de l'entreprise, en assurant l'excellence opérationnelle.
•Fournir un soutien à valeur ajoutée aux équipes qui vous sont assignées en leur fournissant des informations et des mesures précises et pertinentes en temps opportun, afin de contribuer à l'efficacité organisationnelle.
•Mener des enquêtes confidentielles sur les problèmes/incidents liés aux relations avec les employés.
•Assurer la liaison entre les membres-associé(e)s et l'équipe Globale de service / Centre de services RH (auto-assistance) pour les questions relatives aux membres-associé(e)s qui vont au-delà des problèmes quotidiens.
•Diriger plusieurs initiatives/projets RH au niveau de l'unité commerciale et contribuer à nos initiatives RH mondiales.
•Le bureau principal (2 à 3 jours semaine) est situé à Montréal, au Québec.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
•Diplôme d’études universitaires en ressources humaines ou équivalent
•5 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement exigeant et très dynamique
•Compétences démontrées en gestion des talents et en développement organisationnel
•Expérience dans un environnement de services-conseils, un atout
•Capacités démontrées de leadership et d’influence
•Compétences en négociation et en gestion des conflits
•Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite), tant en français qu’en anglais
(Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des clients nationaux et mondiaux)
•Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes et outils de ressources humaines
•Titre professionnel CRHA, un atout

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 90 000 $ et 140 000 $.
