Devenez un pilier chez Rona et assurez un service client exceptionnel en supervisant nos équipes de première ligne. Avec votre sens de l'organisation, votre minutie et vos compétences en communication, vous formerez nos associés pour que chaque visite devienne une expérience positive!
Votre rôle :- Superviser le personnel de première ligne pour s'assurer que les normes de service sont respectées
- Superviser la présence aux caisses et l’utilisation des fournitures du magasin
- Effectuer les remboursements et surveiller les montants des tiroirs-caisses
- Effectuer les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture du magasin
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en aidant chaque visiteur et en réglant les problèmes
- Comprendre, former et promouvoir les programmes et initiatives de l'entreprise (financement, sondage, collecte de fonds)
- Former et encadrer les nouveaux associés
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- 1 année d’expérience dans le domaine du commerce de détail
- 1 année d’expérience en supervision d'équipe
- Forte habileté à résoudre des problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Minutie
