- Take charge of our kitchen operations and lead by example
- Craft creative, high-quality menus that wow our guests
- Mentor and inspire a passionate team of cooks & kitchen staff
- Keep food quality, presentation, and safety at the highest standard
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls with precision
- Collaborate with leadership to design dishes that keep guests coming back
What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant/pub
✔ Strong leadership skills & the ability to build a positive kitchen culture
✔ Solid knowledge of food safety, costing, and menu design
✔ A creative flair and passion for culinary innovation
✔ Food Handler Certification (required)
✔ Willingness to relocate or commute to Ottawa, ON
