Architectural Design Leader at TTC

Your role is crucial for ensuring safety, constructability, and cost-effectiveness in new construction and renovations. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and direct contract document preparations
- Define project scope and prioritize tasks effectively
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary architectural projects
- Conduct field studies and submit comprehensive reports
- Train and support Architectural Technologists in design
- Degree in Architecture and registered Architect status required
- Proven track record in transit facility design
- Membership with Ontario Association of Architects necessary
- Thorough understanding of architectural methods and regulations
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
