You will be tasked with leading, coaching, and developing teams as they navigate a dynamic retail environment. Your role involves ensuring exceptional service while addressing priorities with support from the People Team. Key Responsibilities:

- 7+ years of experience in luxury furniture or retail
- Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities

- Ability to influence and inspire effectively
- Familiarity with Mac OS, Microsoft and Google Apps
