Als Doorman im mobilen Einsatzteam übernehmen Sie deutschlandweit verantwortungsvolle Einsätze in namhaften Outlet Stores. Sie sorgen mit Ihrer Präsenz für Sicherheit, Ordnung und ein positives Kundenerlebnis. Dabei profitieren Sie von planbaren Einsätzen, vollständig organisierter Mobilität und einer Unterkunft, die für Sie übernommen wird.
Das bieten wir:
3.000 € monatlich (2.800 € Grundlohn + 200 € Bereitschaftsgeld)

Ihre Aufgaben:
Bewachung und Sicherung namhafter Outlet Stores
Präsenz am Ein- und Ausgang der Objekte
Präventives Auftreten zur Vermeidung von Ladendiebstählen
Eingreifen bei Ladendiebstählen in Abstimmung mit der Einsatzleitung
Erster Ansprechpartner für Kund*innen und Auftraggeber bei sicherheitsrelevanten Vorkommnissen
Arbeitszeiten:
Tagesschichten 8–10 Stunden , Montag bis Samstag
Ihr Profil:
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
gute Englischkenntnisse
Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO oder höherwertige Qualifikation
Erfahrung als Doorman oder im Objektschutz wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und professionelles Auftreten
Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis (nicht älter als 3 Monate)
Zusatzausbildungen wie Brandschutz oder Ersthelfer von Vorteil
