- Leverage data analytics to optimize evaluation techniques
- 8–10+ years in performance measurement or program evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- Strong communication and consulting abilities
- Proven success in managing complex projects
- Bilingual in French and English is advantageous
