Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance and relevant actuarial tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and innovate in rate change initiatives
- Manage rate filings and negotiations with regulators
- Work effectively with advanced modeling tools
- Analyze and address business partner requirements
- Mentor and coach team members to excel
- Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial related field
- At least 5 years of relevant actuarial experience
- Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, R, or Python
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance best practices
- Progress toward ACAS/FCAS or ACIA/FCIA is advantageous
