Professional Services Consultant - Implementation Specialist

As a Professional Services Consultant on the ACTIVENet Implementation team, you bring innovative solutions directly to organizations and create a real, measurable impact on their day‑to‑day operations.

The role focuses on implementing ACTIVENet (ANET) SaaS solutions and delivering technical services across the platform, including database, platform, and infrastructure management, system integrations, and hardware configuration. You will work with clients remotely and on‑site throughout North America, analyzing business problems and deploying technical solutions.

Position is hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution planning and design: partner with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design tailored hardware, software, and integration solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive successful implementations: coordinate day‑to‑day implementation activities to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and aligned with defined timelines and objectives.
• Develop deployment and training strategies: create and execute technology rollout plans, including end‑user training to support adoption and long‑term success.
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and other stakeholders to align functional requirements with deliverables and ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure smooth project transitions: partner with support teams to facilitate effective handoffs at project close, setting clients up for continued success post‑implementation.

Qualifications

Compensation

• Base salary up to $65,000 CAD per year.
• Earn commission, up to a further $25K–$50K in the first year.
• Total compensation will depend on skills, performance, and territory.
