You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of service methodologies and training junior consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of fintech solutions
- Provide expert guidance during client engagements
- Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
- Manage project execution with a focus on quality
- Conduct training and facilitate user adoption plans
- At least 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience
- Strong history in software rollout and project management
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and assurance practices
- Proven ability to manage client relations successfully
- Excellent facilitation and mentoring capabilities
