Wealth Cares Intake Officer Toronto

- Manage case assignments to Wealth Cares and business sources
- Document all Wealth Cares complaints with data integrity
- Liaise regularly with TD Wealth business partners
- Identify trends and develop accurate reporting solutions
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Proven experience in Wealth Management practices
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications
- Bilingual in French and English is a plus
