Job Responsibility:
Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for generating and fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and support. You will provide financial advice and educate clients on products and services to help them make informed decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions and financing options. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management will be essential to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Advising: Educate customers on financial options, products, and services tailored to their needs.
- Collaboration with Banks: Work closely with banks and financial institutions to facilitate financing and loan processes for customers.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services, coordinating with relevant teams and partners.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and financial insights to customers.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant advice and recommendations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and address any concerns proactively.
- Training and Development: Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of team members in customer service and financial education.

Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
