About the Role
Lubna’s Skin & Hair Salon is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Salon Sales Consultant to join our team in Surrey, BC.
The Salon Sales Consultant will help clients understand our salon services, recommend suitable treatments and products, generate new client opportunities, follow up with existing clients, and contribute to overall salon growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, beauty, customer service, relationship building, and working in a professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and communicate professionally with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ beauty, skin, and hair needs and recommend appropriate salon services.
- Explain available treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Generate new client leads through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and follow-up.
- Contact prospective clients by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
- Follow up with previous clients to encourage repeat appointments.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service inquiries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
- Promote salon promotions, packages, special events, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information using the salon's approved systems.
- Work with salon staff to create a positive and professional client experience.
- Help identify opportunities to increase bookings, retail sales, and client retention.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
- Participate in training and learn about salon services, products, and sales techniques.

Previous Experience
Previous experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Salon or spa sales
- Beauty or skincare
- Haircare
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Appointment setting
- Hospitality
- Social media or community outreach
Training may be provided to the right candidate.
Compensation
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and the position structure.
Additional opportunities may be available based on performance, including sales incentives, commissions, bonuses, or referral-based opportunities , where applicable.
