Channel Strategy Manager Nema Motors

Shape channel strategy at ABB through market analysis and portfolio management in a hybrid role supporting the NEMA Motors division. Drive profitable, sustainable growth through customer-focused initiatives and commercial insight.This Channel Specialist role supports ABB’s NEMA Motors division. You will assess market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity, sustainability, and digital transformation opportunities. The work includes channel strategies, offer positioning, lifecycle decisions, and cross-functional execution. Five years of relevant commercial experience is required.Key Responsibilities:
Develop market understanding across customers, competitors, and emerging opportunitiesTranslate insights into channel strategies and targeted business initiativesManage positioning, portfolio performance, metrics, and offer lifecycle actionsIdentify growth opportunities, channels, and strategic partnershipsDrive sales performance across volume, mix, profitability, and market shareRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related fieldAt least five years in product, channel, or business development rolesExperience with portfolio management, planning, analysis, and revenue growthStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Excel, analytics tools, Salesforce, and EnglishBring channel strategy, portfolio leadership, and market analysis expertise to ABB’s hybrid NEMA Motors organization.
