Shape North American marketing strategy in Toronto through complex initiatives, executive communication, and disciplined cross-functional execution at TD.As Senior Manager, North American Marketing Strategic Initiatives, you will support Marketing priorities across Canada and the United States. The role connects strategic planning, operating models, performance management, and governance for Credit Cards, Loyalty and Personal Lending. You will translate executive direction into decisions, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-priority initiatives supporting the Global CMO and Marketing leadershipTranslate strategic direction into roadmaps, governance routines, and deliverablesIntegrate Canadian and United States perspectives into cohesive recommendationsDevelop executive-ready presentations, briefing notes, and recommendationsManage risks, dependencies, milestones, and decision points across initiativesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree, designation, or equivalent experience10+ years in strategy, marketing, transformation, consulting, or related fieldsExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives through implementationStrong Marketing strategy, planning, and operating-model understandingExceptional communication, analytical, judgment, and project-management skillsBring strategic insight, executive communication, and portfolio discipline to TD’s North American Marketing initiatives in Toronto.
