Accenture’s Americas Growth & Strategy team needs a manager skilled in research, hypothesis testing, and executive communication. Support strategic decisions across the Market.This manager serves as a strategic consulting resource for Accenture’s Americas business and leadership team. Responsibilities include developing growth, business, operational, V&A, and investment strategies. You will structure analyses, own research, engage stakeholders, interview subject matter experts, and develop defensible points of view. Projects address critical complex problems across industries and market units.Key Responsibilities:
Develop research activities and analytical approachesOwn research and analysis for G&S projectsInteract with stakeholders across multiple entitiesDevelop and defend recommendations and points of viewMonitor implementation progress after interventionsRequirements:
Four or more years of strategy or consulting experienceAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong project management and communication skillsUnderstanding of business drivers and value chainsAbility to advise and interact effectively with leadershipUse analytical thinking, project management, and executive communication to deliver Accenture Americas Growth & Strategy initiatives.
