Demonstrates a caring approach which reflects and incorporates expertise. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- 2 yrs exp in Acute Psych or Comm. Mental Health nursing or a combo of the two.
- Exp in the last 5 years in psychiatric assessment & intervention required
- Exp in the last 5 yrs with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Basic CPR, ASSIST preferred
