• Manage product changes through the stage gate process
• Lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Collaborate on in-depth product specifications
• Coordinate activities with overseas factories
• Conduct quality investigations and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in Engineering and product development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with compliance standards and stage gate processes
• Ability to use 3D CAD viewers for product design reviews
