- Lead System Acceptance Testing for customer deployments
- Create standard operating procedures for technical elements
- Document and resolve CRM tickets effectively
- Bachelor of Science degree and 2-5 years of related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Experience with utility operations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel approximately 40%
