Quality Improvement Leader in Healthcare

Make a difference in patient care as a Quality Improvement Leader with Vancouver Coastal Health. Leverage quality methodologies to enhance safety and operational performance. The Quality Improvement Leader will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders while providing coaching to operations that reflect equity and diversity values. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement quality improvement strategies
- Enhance collaboration within operational committees
- Identify safety enhancement opportunities
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for projects
- Provide educational workshops aligned with standards
- Master’s Degree in an applicable field
- 3-5 years of quality improvement experience
- Expertise in continuous improvement techniques
- Strong project management and mentoring skills
- Effective communicator in complex settings
