Elevate corporate programs with TMX Group as the Director of Corporate Services. This hybrid role requires deep expertise in crisis management and facilities strategy to drive operational excellence. Reporting to the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Services, the Director will lead the enterprise's resilience initiatives and develop a comprehensive leasing strategy. Your leadership will influence organizational responses to crises and ensure alignment with overall business objectives, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion organizational resilience and crisis management strategies
- Develop and execute office leasing strategies and facility acquisitions
- Oversee business resilience program management and compliance
- Direct physical security and health & safety program execution
- Integrate new acquisitions into corporate services programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 10 years in crisis or emergency management
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and business fundamentals
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Professional designation is an asset
