Lead Corporate Donations and Grants at LOFT Services

Drive fundraising excellence as the Lead for Corporate Donations and Grants at LOFT Community Services in Toronto. Shape strategic partnerships that yield significant financial support for vital programs. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Development to expand LOFT’s revenue through corporate and foundation partnerships. As a seasoned leader, you'll manage and guide the grants process, ensuring each proposal meets strategic and grantor guidelines. Your efforts will support LOFT’s mission to assist individuals with health and socio-economic challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with potential large donors
• Oversee grant application and reporting processes
• Manage donor acknowledgment strategies and recognition
• Collaborate on developing compelling funding proposals
• Monitor budget and revenue progress for grants

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in fundraising
• Proven success in obtaining major corporate gifts
• Knowledge of fundraising software like Raiser’s Edge
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license needed
