Drive operational excellence as the Corporate Quality Director at Mondelez in Canada. Utilize your expertise in quality assurance and leadership to enhance our quality agenda. As a vital member of the Canada MSC Leadership team, you'll spearhead the quality strategy and oversee 1-3 direct reports. Your expertise in Quality & Business Systems will be crucial in solving complex business challenges while fostering a sustainable quality culture. Influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across local, regional, and global initiatives to ensure optimal food safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a manufacturing quality strategic plan
- Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking and collaboration
- Ensure product safety and quality align with company policies
- Implement tools and technologies for quality advantage
- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team
- B.S./M.S. in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related
- Minimum 8-10 years in Operations or RDQ
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Principles and policies
- Proven ability to engage all organizational levels
