About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Consultant, the Senior Implementation Specialist (Infusion) is responsible for delivering best-in-class SaaS implementations for AlayaCare Cloud. In this customer-facing role, you will engage with clients on application configuration, product training, and testing with a focus on project health and adoption. You will become a subject matter expert in the AlayaCare platform and manage the delivery of complex projects to our Infusion customers. As a Senior, you take a leading role on complex projects, owning full work-streams as the platform expert. Your experience with technology and/or our customers’ domains enables you to successfully deliver towards stated outcomes and objectives. You are essential to our customers successfully adopting AlayaCare and becoming referenceable customers.
A day in the life:
- Lead the Delivery phase of SaaS implementations, transitioning from discovery to execution.
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements, design workflows, and deliver tailored platform configurations.
- Create and deliver customized training sessions to administrators and end users, both virtually and on-site.
- Manage project progress across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
- Track product updates and proactively apply them to active implementations.
- Guide clients through AlayaCare University and monitor their engagement with learning resources.
- Facilitate workflow reviews to validate platform usage and support client adoption.
- Contribute to internal training by sharing expertise in domains such as US home care, clinical workflows, or RCM.
- Collaborate with team members to improve project methodologies and delivery standards.
- Travel occasionally to support on-site training or project milestones
What you bring to the team :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Health Sciences, or Technology.
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Strong training skills and an understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Experience using tools such as Mavenlink, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
- Experience with U.S. home healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid), especially Infusion, is an asset
Location and travel requirements:
AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Toronto Area.
