Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic CNSS marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to enhance our online presence and maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
- Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to monitor traffic trends and user behavior.
- Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements (including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for improved search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and audience needs.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting site performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure ongoing optimization efforts are effective.
- Manage E-commerce SEO initiatives to enhance product visibility and drive sales through organic search channels.
- Utilize Adobe tools for design enhancements that support SEO strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress; familiarity with website development is a plus.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and optimizing product listings for search engines.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
