Senior Workday Specialist

We are looking for one
person to do Workday <\/b> modeling and extensions as well as support
integration with Dynamic 365. <\/span>
<\/p>

Workday Specialist responsibilities include: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Act as Workday expert to help align business needs with
Workday data structure, features, and functionality. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure business requirements are clearly defined,
documented, communicated, implemented, and tested for all assigned projects. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Analyze, design and develop solutions and deliver products
to best optimize and automate Workday. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide migration/release support of functional
modifications, enhancements or integrations to Workday. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Responsible for complex configuration, customizing and
developing Workday components/modules. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Serve as the Workday SME and be current on the latest
releases, features and best practices. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Design, develop, configure, and test simple to complex
Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report
Writer and Report Designer <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide a cross -functional understanding of data and support
in the validation of reports. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integration
issues to resolution. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with Security management, Tenant management and
Vendor management. <\/span>
<\/p><\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor's degree: Master's or advanced certifications
strongly preferred. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>3+ years of experience as a hands -on Workday SME,
configuring and maintaining modules related to HCM, learning, compensation,
performance, talent, benefits, recruiting, etc. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>2+ years doing external application integration. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent customer service and communication skills to work
with internal executive leadership and clients directly to resolve issues. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Good understanding of HR functional areas, practices,
reporting, needs and data analysis. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with Azure and integration technologies. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to create project plans and timelines based upon
understanding of tasks and milestones. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to drive completion of project phases from discovery
and design through go -live and support. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work in a fast -paced environment, and have a
proven ability to work with others. <\/span>
