HR Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead
General Dynamics Mission Systems - Canada
Elevate HR practices at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as the HR Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead. This role focuses on enhancing people analytics and automating processes for impactful workforce solutions. In this full-time position, you'll modernize HR by advancing data governance and leveraging AI to improve service delivery. Your expertise in Power BI and analytical skills will help HR generate predictive workforce insights, empowering leaders with actionable data. You will also optimize workflows and push for innovative HR solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR analytics capabilities
- Create dynamic dashboards using Power BI
- Automate HR processes and identify improvement areas
- Support responsible AI solutions in HR applications
- Collaborate with leaders to address workforce challenges
- Strong background in HR systems and people analytics
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of data governance and quality control
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
