Logistics Analytics Manager

Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions within our supply chain and warehouse distribution operations. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, demand planning, and warehouse management systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Duties
Develop and implement analytical strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
Analyze data related to warehouse distribution and order picking to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure alignment between supply chain analytics and procurement strategies.
Utilize advanced data analysis skills to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving demand planning accuracy and reducing lead times.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in data analysis and the use of warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in analytics within supply chain or warehouse distribution environments.
Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and demand planning methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in relevant software applications.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their application in optimizing operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
