Logistics Analytics Manager

Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions within our supply chain and warehouse distribution operations. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, demand planning, and warehouse management systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Duties
- Develop and implement analytical strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Analyze data related to warehouse distribution and order picking to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure alignment between supply chain analytics and procurement strategies.
- Utilize advanced data analysis skills to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving demand planning accuracy and reducing lead times.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in data analysis and the use of warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in analytics within supply chain or warehouse distribution environments.
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and demand planning methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their application in optimizing operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
